Moneta (the "App," "we," "us") is operated by LR MOBI, a business registered in South Africa, trading as part of Ideal Client Alliance. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Moneta. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@idealclientalliance.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
The App lets you optionally connect a TikTok account to schedule and publish content directly, using TikTok's official API and OAuth authorization. When you connect TikTok:
You retain ownership of the videos, captions, and other content you upload or create through the App. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely as needed to provide the App's features — including sending it to TikTok when you schedule a post for direct publishing. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for any purpose beyond operating the App on your behalf.
You're responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload, including any music, footage, or third-party material included in your videos.
You agree not to use the App to:
For platforms where a direct API connection isn't used, or before you've connected an account, scheduled posts move to "ready" status at their scheduled time so you can publish them yourself, directly on that platform. The App does not access or store your login credentials for that platform in this mode.
We aim to keep the App available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled posts depend on third-party platform APIs (like TikTok's) being available at the scheduled time; we retry failed attempts automatically where appropriate, but cannot guarantee a post will succeed if the third-party platform is unavailable, rejects the content, or your authorization has expired.
You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time by contacting support@idealclientalliance.com. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or where required by law.
The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that scheduled content will always publish successfully, that the App will be error-free, or that it will meet every specific business need. Real TikTok posting functionality depends on TikTok's own API approval and availability, which is outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LR MOBI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including lost content, missed posting windows, or third-party platform issues. Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence.
We may update these terms as the App changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
